**Please note that by selecting Seel Return Assurance, the Return window is 7 days. This means regardless of the Return/Refund policies from our Suppliers, they will ALL be reverted to the 7 days, as per the Seel Return Assurance Policies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Providing photos and/or videos will help in this process. The window to make a return is 7 days after delivery. Please be prepared to pay a $5.00 Flat Rate Return Shipping, and a 2% Restocking Fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@dunbibeautyllc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Typically the Distributor) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Items Lost in the Mail:
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, as it is out of our control once it leaves our Supplier's Warehouse. (We stay up on tracking on our end, and will be aware of any issues that arise, in the event anything occurs) If your item(s) is/are lost post shipping, and can be verified, we will issue a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers, plants, or any consumables), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products-makeup, makeup brushes/tools, cosmetics, beard and grooming, hair care products, skincare (serums, lotions, creams, sprays, etc.) certain articles of intimate clothing, i.e. bras, underwear, nursing products, briefs, wedding dresses, wigs, hair accessories, hats/head coverings, cooking/baking supplies and utensils, sanitation/cleaning supplies and products, masks, PPE etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (Nail polish, perfume, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds for orders $100+ will be refunded in the form of store credit, unless it falls under the category mentioned below. Shipping costs however, will always be refunded via store credit, regardless of order total.

Fraudulent purchase detected (Automatic).

Refund Acceptance
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You can also request store credit, which will be given in the form of a virtual gift card, with an expiration of five years after issuing.
